U.S. Army Veteran co-owner Doug Moxley has 37 years experience in Computer Technology, Telecommunications, and Electronics. He joined the US Army in 1982 to serve his country after graduating High School. He chose a Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) that allowed him to gain hands-on experience and knowledge in IT and telecommunications. Doug holds multiple professional IT and telecommunications certifications from Microsoft Windows, Cisco Networking Systems, International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC²), and Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA). Doug also holds an Extra Class Amateur Radio license, the highest level issued by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), requiring an in-depth knowledge of electronics and the ability to copy Morse code at a minimum of 20 words per minute.

Co-owner Lori Moxley utilizes many years of professional office management experience to handle the business aspects of things. Lori takes care of scheduling appointments and finances.
